Strengthened by a competence in the management and supervision of administrative activities with specialization in SMEs for the creation and development of analytical and industrial accounting, in the setting of budgeting and management reporting, I support the company board in the development of strategic activities.

I drive Small and medium-sized factories in strategic planning and control, in the drafting of business plans, in the review of internal processes, identifying and defining the KPIs to be monitored for a correct governance of the company.

From an IT point of view I designed and implemented business monitoring systems using business intelligence software, as well as following the implementation, customization and start-up of ERP.

Strongly involved in the management and development of the business, I establish excellent relationships with the various company functions: sales, marketing, plant, logistic, in order to achieve the objectives set by the top management.

In production companies I work alongside the operations manager, helping him in the organization of the industrial structure for the economic monitoring of the plant by formalizing factory reporting.

I was speaker at some conferences at the "Parco Scientifico Tecnologico Kilometro Rosso" in the field of management control.

Enthusiastic about my profession, I work by priority, quickly identifying the key factors in the company, quickly developing simple and concrete solutions.
