I have worked forty years as CFO and Administrative Director at some Italian industrial and commercial companies of international scope, gaining a deep experience in administrative management, management control and information systems.
I have a degree in Food Science and Technology as I am interested in the sphere of Food and Nutrition (the field in which my master's thesis took place).
My work experience was born in 2003, the year of graduation, as a consultant in the field of hygiene and food safety. Since then I have never stopped consulting, maybe because I like it?
I work as a lawyer since 2001, year when I gained the professional qualification, offering assistance and consultation mainly on trade and company regulations but also on civil law in general, both in judicial and extrajudicial domains, to multinational groups, small and medium enterprises, as well as individuals.
I work as a professional independent lawyer since 2009, specialized in civil law and especially in corporate and trade regulations. I collaborate with Ambrosiano law firm, founded in 1991.
My attitude, combined with several years of experience, allow me to effectively interact with people covering business and technology responsibility roles as well as with field technicians.
I enrolled in Milan section of Italian Engineers Register in 2013.
I work as a registered professional engineer since 1996.
Besides the technical experience in software development and computer system domains, I focused my activity on organizational, training and coordination aspects.
