I take care of aspects linked to trade activity, like redaction or revision of commercial agreements, judicial and extrajudicial credit collection. I offer consulting services on most relevant topics (workers health and safety, environment protection and waste disposal, personal data protection, administrative responsibility of public offices, etc.)

I dealt with matters linked with corporate governance (administrators duties and responsibility, company reorganization, corporate operations, equity related aspects).

Activity includes redaction of needed contractual documents (business transfer, company charters, shareholders' agreements), assistance in the preparation of shareholders meeting and board of directors resolutions, consultation in various company management aspects.

I also deal with issues linked with labor and family law, offering consultation and assistance both to individuals and companies.

In my activity I take advantage of colleagues specialized in other branches of the law, as well as of professionals in other domains (engineers, architect, etc.), as I consider it essential for the resolution of open issues that they are dealt with with competence and professionalism, following a multidisciplinary approach.

All this is supported by a strong attitude to establish personal relationships, with the belief that a trustful relation with the Customer represent the foundation of the professional assignment and of its successful fulfillment.
